	Christine said: Albert, I wouldn't necessarily say it's the most effective, as some students prefer face-to-face interaction with classmates and professors, and can often accomplish that via night classes. But with the advancements in technology (i.e. video chatting and the ability to post comments, such as what we are doing right now), it has certainly become more possible for a people who never thought they could earn a higher education doing so and doing so with a quality program. 10-07-2008 11:20 AM
