&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0in 0in 0pt;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Verdana&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;font-size:10pt;"&gt;Result:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Verdana&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;font-size:10pt;"&gt; EducationDynamics planned, wrote and built a student portal, branded as &amp;ldquo;Rio Lounge,&amp;rdquo; to take students though an online orientation and provide them an ongoing destination to feel more like part of the Rio Salado community. Students using the EducationDynamics FYRE program were 4.1 times more likely to complete a course. General retention increased by 11 percent and part-time retention increased by 68 percent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
