National Dialog on Student Retention Webinar Series

Webinar Video - Now What? Political Implications of the New Administration on Higher Education

It is expected that President Barack Obama’s Access and Competion Incentive Fund will place increased accountability on colleges and universities to allocate budget dollars wisely to retain more students through graduation.

The question then becomes: How can institutions leverage the current political environment to their benefit?

That is the topic of this complimentary Webinar, featuring two preeminent educational authorities who have been instrumental in shaping higher education: William Hansen, former Deputy Secretary of Education at the U.S. Department of Education, and Scott Fleming, former Senior Education Policy Advisor for the U.S. Senate. A video of this important Webinar is available for review below.

Please be patient, as it will take several minutes for the presentation to begin once it appears on your screen.
If you have any issues with playing or downloading the video, send an e-mail to Matthew Ulmer at mulmer@educationdynamics.com.

During the webinar - transferability of credits was brought up with regard to decreasing course redundancy. Has there been any mention of regionally accredited schools accepting nationally accredited course work?
